Top Indian Bodybuilders
"Within just a country overrun by cricket fanatics, it is not surprising that muscle building as a sport is hardly recognized. Yet there are Indian Bodybuilders that make us proud; every day. We bring you our Top Indian Bodybuilder."
Specifically what is bodybuilding, as a sport? Is it the art of training weights? Or is it just some oiled up muscular dudes just appearing in swim trunks? To me, it's an art form. Like a painter uses his brush and a sculptor uses a sort and chisel, a weight lifter uses his body to showcase his art. Every muscle group must be balanced and in symmetry. This kind of this means that means, if the left bicep is 18. 24 inches, then the right one should be exactly the same. Or perhaps at least look the same. Plus unlike other competitive sports like cycling and/or cricket, bodybuilding is a full-time job. You have to diet with incredible difficulty, with or without steroids. The training itself is quite extreme, which is why once this gym motivation is learnt, it can be applied consist of moves of life as well. Record below is the culmination of years of hard work, because these athletes often have to pass through enormous hardships in order to get to the level that they are at. This can be partly due to the fact that sports apart from cricket are not financed good enough.
